Job Description: We are currently seeking Temporary Foreign Workers approved under the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) program to join our team as Food Counter Attendants at Tim Hortons.

This position is crucial to our operations, involving a variety of tasks related to food preparation, customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in our restaurant.

Job Details: Employer Name: Tim Hortons Job Location: Canada Salary: $20.00 -$25.00 hr Job Position: Lmia Food counter attendant Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, Part-Time, 40-60 hours per week Education: High School or Diploma Degree Experience: 1-2 Basic Requirements Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly smile and provide prompt and courteous service at the counter.

Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, processing payments and issuing receipts as needed.

Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.

Food Preparation: Prepare and assemble food and beverage items according to Tim Hortons' standards and recipes.

This may include making sandwiches, bagels, wraps, and salads, as well as brewing coffee and preparing specialty beverages.

Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the restaurant, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.

Follow cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for customers and staff.

Stocking and Replenishing: Monitor inventory levels of food and beverage items and restock supplies as needed.

Keep food display cases and beverage stations well-stocked and organized throughout the shift.

Teamwork: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.

Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors to coordinate tasks and provide support as needed.

Qualifications: LMIA approval for Food Counter Attendant position.

Previous experience in food service or customer service role preferred but not required.

Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
