Job Description: We are currently seeking Temporary Foreign Workers approved under the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) program to join our team as Retail Store Supervisors at Husky LLC.

This position is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail stores and delivering superior customer service while overseeing day-to-day activities and managing a team of retail associates.

Provide guidance, support, and coaching to ensure team members are motivated, engaged, and equipped to deliver excellent customer service.

Customer Service: Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service to all patrons.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the store to enhance the shopping experience for customers.

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and merchandise displays to ensure adequate stock levels and optimal presentation.

Monitor sales trends and product performance to make informed decisions regarding inventory replenishment, promotions, and markdowns.

Cash Handling: Manage cash registers and ensure accurate handling of cash, credit, and debit transactions.

Conduct cash reconciliations, prepare daily cash reports, and ensure compliance with cash handling procedures and security protocols.

Store Operations: Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the store at all times.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Qualifications: LMIA approval for Retail Store Supervisor position.

Previous experience in retail management or supervisory role preferred.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Excellent customer service skills and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations.

Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
