Job Details: Employer Name: KP Cleaning Group Incorporated Job Location: Canada Salary: $20.00 -$25.00 hr Job Position: Lmia Cleaner Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, Part-Time, 40-60 hours per week Education: High School or Diploma Degree Experience: 1-2 Basic Requirements Job Description: We are currently seeking Temporary Foreign Workers approved under the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) program to join our team as Cleaners at KP Cleaning Group Incorporated.

This position is essential to our operations, involving a variety of cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities: Cleaning Duties: Perform a range of cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.

Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to maintain a clean and healthy environment for occupants.

Waste Disposal: Collect and dispose of trash, recycling, and other waste materials in accordance with established procedures and regulations.

Replace trash liners and ensure waste receptacles are clean and odor-free.

Surface Maintenance: Clean and polish fixtures, furniture, and appliances to restore shine and appearance.

Spot clean carpets and upholstery as needed.

Report any maintenance issues or damage to supervisor for repair.

Specialized Cleaning: Perform specialized cleaning tasks, such as window washing, floor stripping and waxing, and deep cleaning of carpets and upholstery.

Use appropriate equipment and techniques to achieve desired results.

Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.

Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and adhere to cleaning chemical handling procedures to ensure safe and effective use.

Qualifications: LMIA approval for Cleaner position.

Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred but not required.

Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and coworkers.
