WE ARE HIRING HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER EAC MEDICAL CENTER - CAVITE

Graduate of Bachelor's Degree preferably Psychology or Human Resource Management.

Preferably with Master's Degree at least 9 units (Master of Science in Industrial Relation, MBA in Human Resource Management and other Behavioral Science Program).

Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) in the Philippines.

3 years experience in HRMD key areas such as : Recruitment and Selection, Compensation and Benefit, Performance Management and Records Management (HR Generalist).

At least one (1) year in supervisory position.

Written and Oral Communication Skills.

Proficiency in HR software and system.
