Dining Servers/Staff

This full-time busser role is located on-site in Quezon City. The busser will be responsible for clearing and resetting tables, as well as assisting servers with guest needs. The busser will also ensure a clean and tidy restaurant environment and contribute to maintaining the overall guest experience.

Qualification:

Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Related working experience is an advantage.

Willing to work on a shifting schedule, work during holidays or even to render overtime.

Willing to work on Japanese concept stores.

Full-time positions available.

Should be willing to start ASAP.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally

Ensure food and beverage orders taken are complete and correct

Ensure that food and beverages ordered by guests are delivered on time within the company standard

Responsible for the cleanliness and completeness of table setup following the company standards

Adheres company code of conduct

Gives equal respect to his/her superiors and fellow employees

Performs other related duties and functions assigned by his/her superior
