Manage, track, and oversee recruitment activities.
Work with HR Team to plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies.
Govern performance management review on the associates periodically.
Track the completion and implementation of Career Development Plan (CDP).
Create training modules based on the training needs of the associates.
Conducts in-house training based on the identified needs of the company.
Proactively seek opportunities to engage by doing periodic kamustahan sessions with disengaged associates.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Create insights and recommendation from generated people analytics report.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and tools.
