We are currently seeking a Survey Technician / CAD Technicians for our Marietta, Canton and Duluth offices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Compiling information for plans, as-builts and final plats

Checking worksheets and plats for number accuracy

Revising plats according to red line comments by Supervisors

Assisting Managers and Surveyors by whatever means necessary to complete projects

Assisting in preparing preliminary information and specifications for plats

Assisting in developing a variety of layouts, drawings

Reproducing documents and plans

Assisting with others in department as needed

Completing basic surveys such as closings, foundations, and elevation certificates

Develops self, seeks knowledge and develops technical knowledge of others

Assisting Party Chief to get information read

REQUIREMENTS:

High school graduate or equivalent.

1+ year of field and office surveying experience

Minimum 1 year hands on experience with AutoCAD

Developing AutoCAD & other surveying software skills

This is a full time, hourly position that includes bonus, PTO, 401K and benefits.
