What You will do:
Serve as primary focal point for all BSP & CX for cross functional projects; including chemicals, equipment and services across all BSP Assets
Ensure that all projects are delivered in accordance with BSP & CX policies and procedures – including all QHSSE and Engineering standards
Support achievement of ChampionX & BSP Sustainability Goals and Targets, driving reduction in carbon footprint and reduced emissions
Understand BSP Key Business Drivers & ensure projects & improvement opportunities are aligned & prioritised to achieve optimum outcomes for BSP and ChampionX (including QHSSE, Asset Integrity, Production, Uptime, CAPEX and OPEX)
Develop and implement project management processes and procedures to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively
Responsible for assigned project delivery and implementation to agreed timeframes, schedules, cost and specifications
Co-ordinate with relevant BSP stakeholders, appointed sub-contractors and regulatory bodies to drive successful project completion
Liaise and communicate with BSP to provide regular status updates and progress reports for assigned projects
Regularly track and report to BSP on Value Delivery; Reduced TCO, Production Gains and Cost Avoidance
Responsible for identification and implementation of Digital and Automation improvement opportunities – both ChampionX and market offerings
Lead Continuous Improvement, hold responsibility for business and process optimization and applying recognised principles of Lean Management and SixSigma methodologies to drive QHSSE improvements and cost reductions for BSP and ChampionX
Establish and use ChampionX’s PROact contract management tools, set priorities and ensure alignment with BSP and ChampionX Goals
Engage with ChampionX global Shell Account Management and Shell global asset teams for sharing and adoption of best practises
Ensure the safety of the team by promoting QHSSE initiatives and reinforcing appropriate behavior
Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, & regulatory bodies
Participate in Industry Forums & Exchanges Assist District Manager to ensure full achievement of client contract deliverables
Support and facilitate monthly Contract Review Meetings
Minimum Requirements*
In-depth knowledge of Contract and Project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools
Experience with ChampionX PROact Operational Assurance system desirable
Ability to foster effective working relationships within a team environment
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to maintain quality and safety standards
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with various individuals and representatives
Excellent computer Skills (MS Office Suite, Visio )
Preferred Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Business
Minimum 10 years of experience in oil and gas industry
Extensive International Experience required working with recognized Super-Majors
Extensive knowledge & management of Supply and Service Contracts
