Accounting Administrator

Job Description

The Accounting Administrator is a seasonal position responsible for general record keeping, accounting and cash handling. Reporting directly to the company Controller, this position is scheduled in the evening to assist in the financial close out of the restaurant. Proficiency in Microsoft suite required.

Duties include but are not limited to:

*Data input of service staff financials

*Accurately counting and assembling bank bags

*Balancing safe totals

*Reconciling, scanning and filing product invoices

*Preparing nightly drops
