Registered Nurse

Boley Centers, Inc., a nationally recognized and accredited behavioral health care agency, has an opening for a Registered Nurse. This position is responsible for conducting physical health assessments and assessing physical health needs, making appropriate referrals to community physicians, and providing administration and management of medication in conjunction with psychiatrists. Provides a range of case management, education, treatment, rehabilitation and support services to assigned consumers. Due to the nature of the program being a 24/7 program, the RN may be required to work outside business hours, weekends, holidays, and on-call.

Education:

Associate's degree in Nursing, Bachelor's degree preferred. Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse. Education must be from an accredited school, college, or university.

Experience:

Two to three years psychiatric nursing experience in an in-patient or out-patient mental health setting, working with SPMI clients or substance abuse treatment.

Knowledge:

Knowledge of mental health counseling, coordinating home health care, severe and chronic mental disorders.

Special Requirements:

Valid Florida driver's license, own transportation vehicle, and vehicle insurance required. Current RN licensure in Florida.
