As a Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring smooth F&I processes. This position requires collaboration with sales staff and general management to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.

Compensation:
$48,000 - $75,000 yearlyResponsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
Execute sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Foster long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
Monitor inventory levels and make data-driven decisions to optimize stock levels.
Conduct regular audits to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
Guide customers through the F&I process, explaining options and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with financial institutions to secure financing and insurance approvals.
Accurately complete F&I paperwork and maintain meticulous records
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and safe driving record are mandatory
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; bachelor’s degree is preferred
Sales experience in a showroom or auto dealership setting preferred
