Summit Sotheby's International Realty's in-house Marketing Team is growing and is on the hunt for an Administrative Assistant to work with the creative services team.
The Marketing Administrative Assistant will work with the lead Marketing Admin, assisting with the proofreading and ordering of all agent-approved marketing print items, including property flyers, brochures, postcards, signage and custom print pieces. Incredibly strong attention to detail and an impeccable understanding of spelling, grammar and the English language is necessary. This position will assist in the organization and flow of a high-demand in-house advertising/marketing agency, including scheduling and managing meetings. Basic experience with InDesign and graphic design is a plus, but not required for the right candidate! This person will be interacting with agents, vendors, management and staff members alike so incredibly strong communication skills, customer service skills and the ability to clarify and anticipate potential problems before they happen are necessary.
Necessary skills/attributes:
Incredibly strong grammatical/proof-reading skills and a keen understanding of the English language
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to juggle and organize multiple projects at once
Ability to focus and work in a fast-paced ‘on-demand’ environment
Basic knowledge of InDesign and graphic design
Experience with Mac computers
Experience with Excel utilizing .CSV spreadsheets for mail lists
Experience with Ricoh C5200 printer a plus
Basic accounting experience a plus
Position is full-time and pay is based on experience.
