Who We’re Looking For
We are in search of a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a versatile and innovative professional capable of juggling various tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about social media, has an eye for design, enjoys storytelling through various mediums, and is a creative problem-solver.
Primary Focus & Responsibilities:
Planning and scheduling social media posts, engaging with followers, monitoring analytics, and reporting on performance for all ShipEX affiliated companies
Stay up-to-date on social media trends and storytelling best practices to enhance content
Create high-quality photos and videos for use on social media platforms, advertisements, our website, and other marketing channels for all ShipEX affiliated companies
Writing compelling copy for website pages, blog posts, and additional marketing materials for all ShipEX affiliated companies.
Creating basic graphics and visuals for social media and marketing materials for all ShipEX affiliated companies
Creating and sending email campaigns, managing subscriber lists, and analyzing results for all ShipEX affiliated companies
Write compelling and engaging content for our blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials for all ShipEX affiliated companies
Ability to adapt writing style to fit the brand's voice and target audience for all ShipEX affiliated companies
Check and respond to all reviews on various platforms
Manage and monitor private social media groups
Work alongside various departments for internal and external posts, announcements, etc.
Perform administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
1+ years of experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role.
Strong writing and communication skills with a knack for storytelling and experience in producing content for blogs and newsletters.
Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., social media management platforms, analytics dashboards).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Collaborative and detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong skills in graphic design and proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills
A team player with excellent communication skills.
Physical Qualifications
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Must be fluent in English.
Ability to work extended hours, to include weekends, nights, and holidays as necessary
Ability to effectively and professionally communicate, interact, and work with individuals and groups utilizing multiple platforms
