Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Per Diem

Job Description

$24.50 base rate per hour!

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a very important nursing team member who provides residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the residents' assessment and Plan of Care.

CNA Primary Job Responsibilities:

Review care plans and provide care accordingly

Identify and honor resident choices in activities of daily living, while maintaining resident safety

Communicate with care staff at all levels to adequately meet the needs of the residents
