Dana is looking for an Account Executive to join our team in Princeton, NJ. Our office is currently hybrid. The successful candidate will assist our Account Director and have a solid understanding of marketing principles. As Account Executive at Dana, you’ll work under an Account Director and aid in determining how Dana can meet our customers’ needs. You’ll guide and oversee a team to ensure the company’s products or services are delivered on time, on budget and up to the client’s standards.

Responsibilities
Communicating with clients and gathering information about a project’s scope,
budgets and timelines
Meeting with teams to discuss clients’ project goals, progress and outcomes
Developing budgets and timelines
Coordinating teams to meet clients; needs and project milestones
Reporting and recording all meetings and activities
Organizing regular client meetings
Gathering insights, recommending new strategies and tactics, growing accounts
Preparing and presenting proposals and bids
Negotiating terms and conditions with clients
Uncovering and understanding a client’s needs
Travel as needed for servicing clients or meeting new clients
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
Minimum 2 years of agency/marketing experience
First-hand knowledge of Marketing principles
Ability to function independently and in a team environment
