A busy and growing law firm is looking for an operations and project manager to join our team of high performing professionals. You are an individual who has initiative, will own a process from beginning to end, and drive results across the entire organization. You enjoy developing and following processes and the associated technologies. You are comfortable with people and a good communicator. Training and support provided.
Responsibilities:
Develop, document, improve and implement complex workflows and systems
Prepare management reports and trouble shoot issues
Training and onboarding
Designing systems and procedures for scaling and growth
Perform administrative and operational support
Qualifications:
High capacity for learning, implementing and training others on the use of technology and applications
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to build rapport with other employees and the clients they serve
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good at working with a team
You are good with tech and software, and can quickly learn what you don't know
