The Jefferson in Washington D.C. is currently recruiting for a Front Desk Supervisor to join our highly acclaimed and award winning hotel.

The Jefferson, Washington D.C. has been named one of the top hotels in Washington, D.C. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is interested in growing within a hospitality setting that finds delight in the details that take our guests experience beyond expectation.

Job Summary: The Guest Service Supervisor is primarily responsible for assisting with the operations of the front desk ensuring the needs and expectations of our guests are met. This includes training staff, handling guest questions or concerns, room reservations, and check-in/check-out processes.

Responsibilities:

Provide the highest quality of service to our hotel guests.

Collaborate and communicate with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Handle guest requests and interactions in a hospitable manner, escalating any issues when appropriate.

Train Guest Service Agents to ensure that hotel standards of service are being met.

Assist with duties in areas of Concierge, Front Services, Call Center, and Food & Beverage.

Handle all incoming calls and is responsible for guest room reservations, room service orders, and booking restaurant reservations.

Qualifications:

Previous hotel Front Desk in a supervisory role.

Ability to communicate effectively in a hospitable and respectful manner.

Polished, welcoming individual with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills.
