Kinetic Solar is hiring and seeking highly-competitive sales individuals to join our growing sales team!

Kinetic Solar leverages $0 out of pocket solar programs to help qualified homeowners significantly reduce or eliminate their monthly power bills.

YOUR ROLE:

Represent Kinetic Solar and its solar partners professionally by educating residential homeowners on $0 out of pocket solar programs.

Generate and qualify new customers through direct to home sales and complete the in-home sales process using a consumer-focused approach.

Proactively manage and develop an assigned sales territory/market

Provide excellent customer service by managing sales pipeline proactively

Meet or exceed weekly individual and team sales goals

Attend weekly sales trainings to continuously develop soft, sales, leadership, and business development skills
