We are seeking an apprentice level industrial air compressor technician to join our team at our Columbus, OH location.

Responsibilities:

Ensure customers have the same positive experience no matter the location; maintain positive customer relations while resolving concerns and answering questions.

Ability to lift heavy items when needed (70+ lbs.).

Comply with all safety procedures and precautions.

Availability must include on call and after hours work when necessary.

Experience driving flatbeds, pick-up trucks, and pull behind trailers.

Perform service and repair of piston and rotary screw air compressors, multi-brand compressors (oil-flooded and oil-free), and refrigerated/desiccant air dryers.

Install new equipment.

Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance.

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team to complete tasks in a timely manner.

Requirements include:

Maintain a valid driver's license with a low-incident driving record.

Excellent work ethic and self-motivated.

Proficient in problem solving, process analysis, and troubleshooting in high-pressure situations.

Some experience in Air Compressors.

Read and comprehend written technical information (manuals, parts' books, and relevant publications).

Ability to walk, stoop, sit, and reach.

Must be able to climb ladders, use lifts, and work in an elevated position on a frequent basis.

Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
