Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Description

Shape Behavioral Services is looking for enthusiastic, experienced, and engaged BCBAs who enjoy leading and developing teams of Behavior Therapists and working closely with families to make a difference in the lives of our clients.

As a BCBA, you will perform assessments to determine the factors driving a client's behavior and work closely with the family to develop an intervention plan. You will work in-home and in the community with families and the assigned R/BTs to implement the programs, train the team and caregivers, fine tune the program and promote generalization of the plan.
