Schedule: Day shift
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair electronic devices including hyper chargers and related equipment.
Test functionality of repaired devices to ensure they meet manufacturer and company standards.
Troubleshoot to identify root causes of malfunctions or failures.
Document repair processes and maintain records of parts used, repairs performed, and other related information.
Assist with maintaining parts inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
Advise management on hardware and software upgrades.
Work with the customer service team to answer customer queries and explain technical issues in an understandable manner.
Stay up to date on industry trends, technology, and repair techniques.
Follow all safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
Technical degree or certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in electronic equipment repair, preferably in the high-tech or automotive industry.
Hands on experience with electronic testing and diagnostic equipment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints/schematics technical diagrams and manuals.
Advanced problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and precision in repair work.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Physically capable to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions.
Ability to commute/relocate: Charlotte, NC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
