Job Overview

As Community Manager for Thailand, you will play a key role in World of Warships’ Franchise success in APAC by driving the product’s narrative in our major Thai-speaking communities. You will be the face of the product, and you will work closely with the local, regional, and global teams to ensure campaigns are tailored to your audience

Reports to

Regional Community Manager, WoWS Franchise, APAC

What will you do?

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Take the lead of all community activities in/for Thailand

Become the point-of-contact for WoWS Thai community for internal and external stakeholders

Act as a bridge between local and regional/global

Measure, monitor, and create detailed reports on community sentiment, concerns, and suggestions as well as community engagement performance

Drive the daily execution and growth across social, community, and influencer programs, set priorities, and do what it takes to achieve the team’s strategic goals

Work with other country’s community managers to gather input on regional and cultural differences to ensure campaigns are tailored to be impactful and appropriate regionally and locally

Research the latest trends and best practices to stay up to date on community trend

What are we looking for?

At least 3 years in gaming community or consumer marketing experience in either Social media marketing or Digital marketing or event marketing

Supporting Thai speaking payers community role, proficiency in Thai is a must.

International mindset and culturally sensitive

Self-starter, Goal oriented, and problem-solving mindset

Process and data-driven approach

Willing to be on camera and/or participate in live streams

Resilient and willingness to stay in learning zone

What additional skills will help you stand out?

Active player of World of Warships PC or its franchise

Streaming experience or open to streaming

Excellent Project management skill

Fluent English

Additional Asian language is a plus
