Job Description
The Receptionist is responsible for handling heavy volume of incoming calls, greetings clients and visitors with a smile, maintaining office common areas, and perform administrative duties.
Job Qualifications
Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is required
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Experience: At least one year in a professional setting (preferred)
Ability to work independently
Good written/verbal communication skills with attention to detail
Good interpersonal skills
Patient and welcoming disposition
Ability to multi-task and utilize critical thinking skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and Adobe
Job Responsibilities
Greets clients promptly and consistently sets professional tone with friendly assistance
Answers incoming office calls over multi-line system and answers questions, takes messages, or transfers to desired extensions
Accepts incoming mail and packages and routes to appropriate staff
Manages inventory of office supplies and office equipment
Perform administrative duties as needed
