TITLE: Sales Experience Specialist

Department: Fitness Gym

Reports to: GM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Closing Shift/Weekend Shift

Efficient and courteous operation of the front desk including, greeting members, checking members in, answering phones

Scheduling Guest tours

Scheduling PT intro sessions

Efficient collaboration with other gym departments

Learning/running the POS system, including membership/retail transactions

Help maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the gym.

Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge of fitness

Ability to master the facility management and POS software

Membership recruitment and sales experience

Ability to multi-task and prioritize

Excellent communication skills

Understanding of performance metrics

Strong sales and customer service skills

Education and Experience:

1 Year of Customer Service or Front Desk experience.

Physical Demands:

Required to lift up to 100 lbs.

Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about the facility.

Work Environment:

Exposed to gym elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, oils, human sweat, foot traffic, and various exercise equipment.
