About:

We are Beverly Rehab, and we manage numerous treatment clinics to help clients with substance use disorder (SUD). We’ve experienced tremendous growth and pride ourselves on providing our staff with a stable work environment. You’ll be joining a company that’s established but also keeps growing. We’re looking for reliable employees who have a positive attitude and a commitment to ensuring the job always gets done well and are interested in joining our substance use disorder treatment team long-term.

We are in search of Customer Service Behavioral Health personnel who will perform TMS Treatment on our clients: TMS stands for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, and it is an FDA approved clinic-based procedure for treatment of Major Depressive Disorder that entails connecting clients to a machine that reconfigures the client’s brain in a way that makes them more capable of overcoming addiction and other mental health problems. You are not expected to have prior experience with or knowledge about TMS, you just need to have excellent customer service skills, great work ethic, and we will teach and train you on everything you need to know to succeed at this job.

Responsibilities:

Greet our clients when they enter our TMS clinic

Perform TMS treatment on our clients

Document the treatment properly in our system

Help foster a positive atmosphere that’s conducive to recovery for our clients

Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills

Must be patient and able to deal with difficult clients who are recovering from addiction

Must be personable and able to forge relationships with our clients

Excellent data entry skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail

Proficient use of MS Office, Zoom and other common computer programs

We need to fill this position ASAP, and so you must be able to start work soon

In order to be able to operate the TMS machine you must be minimum 5 feet 4 inches tall and in great shape; if you are under 5’4 or not in great shape you will be not be practically able to work the machine and treat clients consistently for a full shift, as this position is physically demanding and active.

**Previous experience in mental health or TMS not required, we’ll train you, we’re only interested in hiring personnel who have excellent customer service skills

Available Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday 830AM-5:00PM, 30 minute lunch break included.
