Bilingual Customer Service Associate

Job Description

Surveyors will be riding the buses of the public transit system, asking customers to complete a customer satisfaction survey. Surveyors must have exceptional customer service skills, be friendly, and be fluent in English and Spanish.

This is a two-week temporary assignment beginning on May 1st, 2024

Requirements:

Must be available to work all days of the project

Must be fluent in English and Spanish

Must have reliable transportation and a personal smartphone with a data plan (texting and GPS abilities)
