Quality Control Inspector / CNC Machine Shop

Job Description

We are seeking FULL TIME CNC Machine shop inspectors to insure that the components that we put in our products are consistently of the highest possible quality. Candidates with an understanding of machining capabilities will find this position rewarding.

Activities:

Assist in Inspecting internally machined parts to print (twice per day line checks)

Train to use the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to track inventory inspected and received to correct revision

Assist in maintaining master calibration record

Train to perform inspection on external vendor parts to specification

Produce Deviation reports as needed

Train to assist in first article approvals

Review parts in process for compliance to print

Qualifications:

Entry level experience

Strong analytical and mathematical skills

Strong attention to detail

Familiarity with precision measure tools helpful
