Regional distributor of pneumatic fastening systems seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team! Ideal candidate is career oriented, self motivated and has previous experiencing managing workflow in a service related environment. Primary responsibilities include managing work flow, assisting customers and ensuring team has necessary tools to complete tasks. Responsibilities:
Handle customer service related and parts requests
Assist sales team with service related requests
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Collaborate with team to ensure workflow deliverables are met
Maintain accurate and adequate parts inventory levels.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service is preferred
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
