We are hiring a Travel Adviser to join our team at Nexus Jobs. As a Travel Adviser, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel plans and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position based in Mohali, Punjab, India.

Qualifications and Skills

Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience in travel planning and booking

Negotiation skills to secure the best deals for clients

Knowledge of Punjabi language is preferred

Personality development skills to engage with a diverse range of clients

Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements

Provide recommendations on destinations, accommodations, and travel itineraries

Handle booking requests, cancellations, and changes in travel plans

Ensure client satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues

Stay up-to-date with travel trends, visa requirements, and travel advisories

Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to negotiate deals and secure bookings

Promote and sell travel products and packages

Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the trip

Handle emergency situations and provide support to clients

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
