for Manager pressure sensor Position Overview: As the Pressure Sensor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our pressure sensor product line, from development and production to quality assurance and customer support, ensuring that our pressure sensor offerings meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and innovation.

This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Oversee the entire product development lifecycle for pressure sensor products, from concept to launch.

Work closely with cross-functional teams including Vendor development, Process engineering, Quality and product management to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive execution.

Partner with operations teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective production of pressure sensor products.

Develop and implement manufacturing processes, quality control measures, and supply chain strategies to optimize production output and minimize defects.

Establish and maintain rigorous quality assurance standards for pressure sensor products.

Define testing protocols, performance metrics, and reliability standards to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction.

Lead efforts to identify and address quality issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Sensor Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) preferred.

Minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in a technical leadership role focused on sensor technology, with specific expertise in pressure sensors.

Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and driving product development projects from concept to commercialization.

Strong understanding of sensor design principles, manufacturing processes, and quality assurance methodologies.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders.

Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Experience in the automotive, aerospace, or medical device industries is a plus.

Location: - This position is located at our Facility in Madurai, Tamil Nadu and may involve travel to customer sites, manufacturing facilities, and industry conferences as needed.
