Shift Timing (Work from Office): Fixed shift for RIO- 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Interview Process:

Two Rounds of interviews: 1 HR Round & 1 Operations Round.

Salary Details:

Caller CTC Range:For Freshers: 1.75 LPA (Net In hand monthly: 12.5 k /-)

For Experienced: Up to 2.50 LPA (Net In hand monthly: 18 k /-)

Job Description:

We are seeking Customer Retention Managers for our Renewal Inbound Outbound (RIO) sales vertical. The role involves engaging with customers to ensure their continued loyalty and satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct customer retention activities through inbound and outbound sales channels.

Maintain effective communication with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns.

Develop and implement strategies to retain customers and maximize renewal rates.

Utilize voice communication to engage with customers and promote product offerings.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Required Qualifications:

Graduation (Full time or Part Time)

0 to 2+ years of work experience

Strong communication skills in English

Motivated to work in a sales-oriented role
