Qualification: BA/B.Com/Any Other Relevant Degree

Eligibility: Computer Knowledge Manadatory

Languages: Tamil & English Mandatory

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years

Job Responsibilities:

1. Incoming Corresponds

2. Handle DC [Donation Cash, Cheque, Online Payments], DK & FORM 10BE

3. Managing Donation Boxes

4. Handling Communication Platforms (Internet, SIM, Mobiles, Landlines) and related issues

5. Incharge of all incoming & outgoing couriers

6. Maintaining record of Minutes of All Meetings

7. Follow up on Donations

8. Managing printing and dispatch of manuals, reports etc.

9. Managing stock of books, papers etc.

10. All other documentation tasks and administration tasks
