About the role:
We are a global business but are growing rapidly in Latin America. We are looking for an intrapreneur to continue growing our business in the region. The goal for this role is to grow our business in Latam. While there will be a focus on sales and business development, this job will also include building our reputation in the region and managing existing customers with an eye on building the foundation for a larger team down the line.
What You’ll Do
Craft a strategy for growth in the region, working with fintech lenders and specialty finance companies along with private credit funds investing in them
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for new customers
Collaborate with the team on marketing and demand generation efforts
Build and manage relationships with existing partners and customers
Skills and Experience
5+ years experience in a sales, business development, or partnership role
Experience working in a fintech startup or a private credit investor role
Experience with raising, managing, or deploying debt facilities preferred
Knowledge of CRM systems like Hubspot
Bilingual Spanish and English speakers preferred, Portuguese a bonus
