We are currently hiring a Content Strategist/Developer.

Next Phase Solutions and Services, Inc. is seeking a talented Content Strategist/Developer to join our team. As a Content Strategist/Developer, you will be responsible for developing content and executing content strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and implement content strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement

Research and analyze industry trends to ensure content relevance and effectiveness

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and insights for content creation

Write and edit high-quality content for various channels, including website, blog, social media, and email

Optimize content for SEO to improve organic visibility

Monitor and measure content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure content updates are free from errors and compliant with accessibility mandates

Create and lead presentations to internal teams (Growth, Information Technology Practice, Engineering Practice)

Collaborate with stakeholders to support the revision of of existing pages and the creations of new web content

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Information Systems

Proven experience as a Content Strategist/Developer or similar role

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful content strategies

Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail

Experience with SEO and content optimization

Proficiency in content management systems and analytics tools

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in content strategy

Excellent technical writing skills and proven experience in systems with complex requirements

Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to team with others to meet project objectives

Understanding of the system development lifecycle as implemented with Agile; SAFe knowledge a plus

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload

Ability to deal with ambiguity and frequent changes in priorities

Ability to work independently and seek help as needed

Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities

Required Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in web content strategy/development for a technical services/consulting organization.

Demonstrated experience with WordPress platform management and content development

Experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other coding languages for the Web

Experience leading new site development and collaborating with stakeholders to plan and implement new Web projects

Familiarity with U.S. Web Design System, 21st Century Integrated Digital Experience Act, and best practices for usability

Must be able to obtain a public trust clearance.

Must be a U.S. citizen or a Permanent Resident

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Information Systems (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience presenting to leadership teams

Knowledge of federal government contracting and proposal development is a plus

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Must be able to navigate in an office setting unassisted

Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds

Strong speaking skills, including the ability to articulate thoughts in a clear manner and excellent word enunciation skills are required

Additional Information about this opening:

Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work environment, with three days in the office per week (Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday) and two days working remotely
