Our client is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide support in the Chattanooga area. IMMEDIATE STARTS
DESCRIPTION:
Will develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Support
Plans staff instructions, and crisis plans.
Follow the Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IID)State Operations Manual for providing behavior services to Individual with Intellectual Disabilities residing in ICF/IID homes.
Coordinate care of the individual with psychiatrists, general practitioners, and other team members. This may include outside appointments with individuals.
Attend COS/ISP meetings.
Provide training to all staff providing services to individuals residing in ICF/IID homes. This training includes methods of data collection, behavior analysis principles, implementation of staff instructions, crisis plans, and Behavior Support Plans.
Provide ongoing assistance and consultation for behavior support as needed
On-call and weekends required.
REQUIREMENTS:
Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
BCBA, TN DIDD Approved BA
TN Licensed BCBA
