Clinical Revenue Cycle Management - RCM/Pt Accounting Patcom Optimum Sr. Support Analyst

Required 8+ years support experience and full working knowledge of the Patcom/Optimum RCM Application

Required Ability to modify custom operational scripts using AIX language

Required 3+ years’ experience in CyberScience coding

Ability to view and understand 100s of custom scripts in CyberScience and AIX

Experience in and working knowledge of frontend registration and coding applications

Ability to create, maintain and modify scripts (batch post, data extracts, audit purposes)

Hands-on Experience with Patcom/Optimum upgrades and coordination

Ability to create and modify reports in Patcom/Optimum

Ability to maintain and update system tables in Patcom (Bed file, Charge Master, Revenue Rules, etc)

Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting daily scheduled tasks (Dayend, post dayend, backups, patient charges, etc)

Working knowledge of Government Regulations and timelines for release and implementation.

Must be willing to work in US business hours.
