Business Process Management Specialist

Job Title: Consultant - Bus. Proc Mgmt.

Location: Bangalore/Pune (3 days onsite)

Shift: 13.30 to 10.30 PM IST

Interview Availability: Mon-Fri, flexible 12 PM to 2 PM (2rounds)

Project Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading process improvement projects and interact with internal stakeholders to drive and influence improvement objectives. The Process Optimization team is responsible for breaking down the end to end process to identify/discover automation/improvement opportunities and create automation/transformation road-maps. This role creates process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes. Typically, would have Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

Role:

Identify, Optimization Opportunities using internal data and work with stakeholders and automation team to execute the ideas.

Task & Responsibilities

Carries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact

May have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management

Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employees

May manage daily operational activities and supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees (but not a formal management role)

More technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of other areas

Liaise with Development team(s) ensuring schedule, milestones are on track

Delivers a work product that requires less revision

Able to facilitate discussions and reach decisions

Qualification: Bachelors

Experience: Level 2

5-7 years of experience in BFSI of which at least 3 years in driving Lean Six Sigma projects.

Having experience of working with software development team would be advantage for this role

Mandate Skill

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification

More technically sound in area of expertise with broader knowledge of other areas.

Excellent oral and written communication skills are required

In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required

Highly flexible and adaptable to change
