Lead - Reinsurance

Department: Underwriting / Reinsurance

Total Work Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience General Insurance Company / Multinational Broker

Education: CA/MBA – Candidates with General Insurance Qualification like AIII/FIII from III will be preferred.

To manage all the aspect of Reinsurance (Treaty and FAC)

Structure and Negotiate RI solutions for large Corporates

Structure and Negotiate Treaty solutions with leader and follow RI markets

Managing other regulatory and Compliance requirement from RI perspective

Monitor RI Recoveries and Payments

Other Requirements

Preferred minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience RI role with General Insurance Companies or RI Broker

Strong Analytical skills

Ability to work effectively under high pressure, particularly during peak season

Excellent communication skills

Excellent negotiator with interpersonal skills

Competent IT skills, including but not limited to MS Word, Excels and Power points
