Job Summary

Sr.Manager – ECommerce is responsible for the overall E-Commerce business for India. Sr.Manager – ECommerce is ultimately responsible for creating and upkeeping the E-Commerce sales for the footwear brand and driving the operations and development of the brand in all active 3rd Party Market places & O&O whilst growing sales and performance marketing.

Sr.Manager – ECommerce is leading and developing India's e-commerce channel and functions as the primary link towards the senior management in India, thus ensuring alignment and development based on global and regional Company standards and principles.

Sr.Manager – ECommerce will maintain a strong relationship with the E-Commerce network with the key business partners, key stakeholders of partners and key decision makers of our E-Commerce business.

General Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

Handling Product, Planning, Buying & Merchandising for E-Commerce for the Country.

OTB Planning as per AOP, Sales forecasts & Financial Budgets while ensuring Option Planning, Assortment Selection, Pricing, Retail Buying & Model Stock Preparation

Driving Seasonal Sell thru, Inventory health & Month Cover.

Improve the brand image, customer experience and customer service through O&O and Third Party Market places.

To guide the E-Commerce Managers and company about E-Commerce performance on financial parameters such as revenue by category, SKU (stock keeping unit), and inventory turns periodically.

Conduct deep dive analysis and provide routine executive-level reporting on the partner’s current business and future opportunities. Suggest recommendations and action plans based on data.

Monitor qualitative issues for customer relationships, loyalties, and repeat purchases.

Monitor merchandise productivity and performance

Ensure the proper VM/seasonal guidelines and improve the overall look and feel of the brand store

Ensure execution at Third Party Market places with brand guidelines

Work closely with Regional office on Ecom strategies and priorities

Assist in rollout of new Ecom platform (Headless) and stabilize it

Work with Regional office on paid media spend and strategies

Tasks

Budgets, Business Plans and Reporting

Alignment with the Business Plan for India (3/5 year plan) together with the Country Manager and India Senior Management in the substructure; identify and outline required resources in order to facilitate and execute the strategy

Establish complete action plans to achieve budgets and targets and implement with the team for embracement and execution

E-commerce Strategy Development:

Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy in alignment with company goals and objectives.

Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the e-commerce space.

3rd Party Market places

Maintain close ties with the key stakeholders and constantly engage them with India Vision

Negotiate the sales and buying targets

Develop key account management and experiences to strengthen the business relationship

Ensure partner account management by guiding with the right OTB, Product mix and partner profitability.

Conducting MBR and QBR with internal and external stakeholders

Business Development:

New 3PM on board for business expansion

liaison with Key premium platforms for additional sales.

Customer Experience:

Enhance the overall online shopping experience for customers.

Monitor customer feedback and address any issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.

Marketing and Promotions:

Plan and execute online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotions and discounts.

Utilize digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.

Product Management:

Coordinate with the product team to ensure accurate and up-to-date product listings.

Optimize product pages for maximum visibility and conversion

Website Management:

Oversee the maintenance and functionality of the e-commerce website.

Collaborate with web developers to ensure a user-friendly and visually appealing online storefront.

Monitor website performance and implement necessary enhancements.
