What you get to do:

As a Sourcing Manager, Talent Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing recruiting strategies to fulfill our client’s staffing needs, both current and projected. Operating within a matrix-based environment, you will collaborate closely with account staff to ensure seamless delivery while fostering strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will encompass meeting account-specific goals, maintaining compliance with regulatory processes, and driving continuous improvement in operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and nurture client relationships, offering innovative solutions aligned with their needs and long-term business strategies.

Refine client processes, identify areas for enhancement, and implement solutions to streamline workflow and boost operating efficiency.

Ensure compliance with regulatory processes impacting recruitment, such as EEO/OFCCP, and monitor diversity goals within assigned accounts.

Monitor account activities to uphold contractual agreements and internal SLAs, ensuring customer and candidate satisfaction.

Conduct root cause analysis and recommend process improvements to address any deviations from SLAs.

Coach and mentor team members, providing support to achieve performance targets and deliver high-quality work.

Collaborate with Talent Manager to develop action plans for individual skill development and improvement.

Maintain accountability for team performance within assigned account portfolio, identifying areas for enhancement and providing necessary training.

What you need to bring:

Over 10 years of leadership and management experience in recruitment or sourcing.

Proficiency in executing effective sourcing strategies.

Experience in documenting project or client requirements and managing multiple tasks.

Familiarity with performance review processes.

Preferred certifications: PHR, SPHR, PMI, or similar.

Superior consulting, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

History of solving complex client situations using data-driven solutions.

Experience presenting business reviews and workforce strategies.

Ability to identify and meet client needs effectively.

Proficiency with technology and organizational tools.

Bachelor’s degree required.
