Job Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Content Marketing Specialist to manage and support our stakeholders in promoting LexisNexis’ brand & products through digital channels. You will drive and lead digital marketing strategy, demand planning, and campaign execution. Your goal is to enhance LexisNexis' online presence, revenue, and brand promotion.

You will work with Senior Marketing Managers, Internal Product and Content Managers and external providers to curate content such as blogs and social media posts, drive Organic and Paid Social, optimize paid social, drive new audiences, create SEM strategies to reach target audiences, improve web traffic, produce reports to assess our engagement and inform new strategies.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this is a permanent full-time role ideally to be based in Chatswood, Sydney with the possibility of combined home/office-based arrangements to have flexible work-life balance. As the guru of all things digital you will be a powerful advocate and teacher within the broader business, starting with Marketing Managers but also Content Writers and Experts, Product Marketing and even sales. In turn, you will have opportunity to dial into the different layers at LexisNexis to work with your colleagues on upcoming tool pipeline, the annual global digital strategy, and agile squads for projects that will see Australia become a leader in the global digital landscape.

Responsibilities:

Developing digital performance, engagement, channels, and platform strategy

Creating engaging content to drive top-of-funnel engagement

Owning multi-channel digital campaigns and product marketing

Managing and optimizing paid search, display, and online media accounts

Implementing organic social tactics to improve online presence and engagement

Harmonizing activity across all campaigns and maintaining consistency across digital channels

Measuring and implementing results of A/B or Multivariate testing for optimal campaign performance

Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver new and engaging digital experiences

Requirements:

Possess a background in Marketing or a similar educational background

Be able to curate content and repurpose for blogs and social posting

Demonstrate a proven history of valuable experience in performance marketing and skillfully overseeing digital platforms for an extended period.

Be experienced with data analytics programs to present data in an actionable manner

Be knowledgeable in CRO, SEO, and/or SEM

Possess excellent commercial acumen and analytical skills

Be capable of collaborating with multiple departments to provide digital support

Demonstrate the ability to build great digital value within an organization
