We are seeking a highly accomplished and visionary General Manager to lead our award-winning 5-star hotel and resort in Kuwait. Your Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and direction for the entire hotel and resort operation, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including rooms, food & beverage, spa, recreation, and guest services.

Develop and implement comprehensive business plans and budgets to maximize profitability and revenue generation.

Lead a team of department heads, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and employee engagement.

Ensure the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction, exceeding expectations at every touchpoint.

Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, developers, and local authorities.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative strategies to maintain the hotel's competitive edge.

Your Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of proven success as a General Manager of a 5-star hotel or resort.

Minimum of 10 years of total experience in the 5-star hotel or resort industry, preferably in a leadership role.

Proven track record of exceeding financial targets and driving operational excellence.

Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and guest expectations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

Experience in managing large-scale budgets and complex operations.

International hotel experience is a significant advantage.

Ability to deploy at short notice is preferred.
