KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collect faulty equipment from Vendor Management.
• Segregate early life failures and bad on fittings and assign to correct areas of responsibility.
• Pre-Test faulty equipment and attaching the fault report and Repair order to the module.
• Strip down the faulty equipment and clean all the relevant small parts on the module.
• Move the stripped unit on to the shelfs allocated for the relevant Repair Engineers to be repaired.
• Collect and package repaired equipment from Engineers workstations.
• Ensure equipment is correctly packaged with the specific packaging as prescribed by the OEM.
• Repackaging of equipment required after quality check has been conducted.
• Perform final checks on packaging as outlined on checklist before handing over to Central Distribution Warehouse.
• General housekeeping of the cleaning and packaging area.
• Complete own training and development objectives as per agreed timelines in the personal development plan.
• Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed according to the company requirement.
