- The suitable candidate is responsible for current employee document management.

- Handling the license expiry matters of employee credentials.

- Employee profile management in HRMS.

- Letter drafting related to employment and employee relations.

- Employee Onboarding documentation.

- Responsible to conduct the filing audit.

The suitable candidate must have graduate degree in relevant discipline and eager to learn attitude shall be preferred.
