JOB PURPOSE:
完成工厂公共系统及生产设备设施的维修维护,确保公司设备设施正常运行
JOB DUTIES:
负责自身安全工作 评估安全风险 监督同事的安全行为 识别工作场所安全隐患
主动学习设备设施的相关资料 熟悉设备设施相关信息 工作原理 备件等并通过技能考核
按部门要求完成巡视检查工作 确保各设备工作区域准时巡检 各项仪表准确抄读记录 公共设备的正常运行 上报巡检中发现的异常问题
处理设备设施的保养工作 按时完成各项保养计划
处理公司内设备设施故障等维修工作
跟踪维修结果 确保设备设施的功能及安全防护
执行上级安排的各项工作安排 如设备设施类移位 安装 厂房类杂项及改进改善工作
JOB REQUIREMENTS
中专以上学历 机电相关专业
一年以上相关工作经验 具备一定的机电相关知识
持有初级以上机电类相关专业等级证书 具备国家相关部门颁发的高低压电工证
具备自动化设备的相关维修经历及PLC的基本应用知识是必须的
