Job Description:

As the Electrical Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of electrical maintenance within our facilities. You will lead a team of skilled technicians and electricians to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our electrical systems, equipment, and machinery. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing comprehensive electrical maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.

Leading and managing a team of electrical technicians and electricians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

Conducting regular inspections and assessments of electrical systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing preventive maintenance

measures.

Troubleshooting electrical issues and coordinating repairs to minimize disruptions to operations.

Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.

Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory levels.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards, and promoting a culture of safety among team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or certified maintenance technician certificate preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance and supervision, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and machinery.

Experience with PLCs, motor controls, and industrial automation systems.

Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
