Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for preparing various HR analytics reports such as cost allocation reports, benchmarking reports and etc.
Support HRIS project implementation and handle HRIS maintenance and coordination
Engage in benefit management such as medical insurance, staff benefit programs and staff leave records
Maintain employee database and ensure all personal records are up-to-date and accurate
Support full spectrum of compensation and benefit administration including monthly payroll and final payment calculation, leave management, taxation and pension scheme administration
Assist in reviewing or formulating HR strategies, policies and procedures
Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirement:
Degree Holder of Human Resources or related discipline
Minimum 5 years HR experience with focus in C&B is preferred
Well-versed in Human Resources related Ordinance
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and data analysis
Ability to work independently and with high level of accuracy and attention to details
Experience in HRIS implementation would be an advantage
The successful candidate will be delivering proactive HR services to the company, he or she will be act as change agent and provide support to line managers.
