Overview:

Our experiential marketing agency specializes in creating immersive brand experiences for our clients. As a Class A Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of our mobile marketing assets to various locations across the country. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining our fleet of vehicles, which may include tractors, trucks, trailers, and specialty vehicles designed for promotional activations. This position offers the opportunity to travel, work in dynamic environments, and be an integral part of bringing our clients' brand visions to life.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate and maneuver commercial vehicles, including trucks and trailers, in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.

· Transport mobile marketing assets, including promotional materials, displays, and equipment, to event locations, ensuring timely delivery and setup.

· Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in proper working condition, reporting any maintenance or safety issues to management.

· Assist with loading and unloading of marketing assets, ensuring they are secured properly for transportation.

· Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle inspections in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

· Maintain a logbook to record miles covered and hours travelled and ensure all necessary documentation with freight is filled in and submitted.

· Coordinate with event staff and logistics team to plan routes and schedules for upcoming activations, taking into account factors such as traffic, weather, and venue requirements.

· Provide exceptional customer service to clients and event staff, representing the agency professionally at all times.

· Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety, vehicle operation, and equipment handling.

· Meet customers service expectations in communication, problem resolution and appropriate follow through.

· Report any delays that may affect the timely delivery of freight to account manager and client.

· Submit all expense reports with supporting receipts to the Controller.

· Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices related to transportation and logistics, seeking opportunities for continuous improvement.

· Position may include other duties as determined by the company.

Qualifications:

· Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience operating commercial vehicles, preferably in the experiential marketing or event industry.

· Knowledge of DOT regulations and best practices for safe vehicle operation.

· Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks related to loading and unloading marketing assets.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

· Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules.

· Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and challenges.

· Experience with electronic logging devices (ELDs) and GPS navigation systems preferred.

· Ability to work beyond a 40-hours work week when needed.

· Ability to travel and be OTR up to 3 weeks (based on event schedules)

‘Physical Demands:

Ability to stand, Sit, walk, bend, crawl, climb, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, balance, push, pull and safely lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds or more.

Ability to sit for extensive periods of time for Driving.

Ability to work indoors and outdoors in fluctuating temperatures.

Ability to work under adverse situations and conditions (e.g., dirty, noisy, etc.).

Ability to work safely at heights including the use of ladders, scaffolds, and other related equipment.

Pay Range $27-$32 Hourly DOE
