What You'll Do:
Lead the strategic planning, execution, and rollout of the mobile product roadmap in alignment with overall business goals and objectives
Partner with Product Managers in our Lending and Credit, Banking, and Platform teams to bring new and existing features to our native iOS and Android applications
Establish OKRs to drive and measure success for features post-roll-out
Collaborate with the design team to create prototypes and user interface mockups illustrating user experience and product flows
Work closely with the engineering team to ensure we are executing on our mobile roadmap efficiently and with high-quality
Act as a subject matter expert on mobile product management, while managing operations and relationships with the Google and Apple app stores.
Monitor and analyze industry trends and best practices for mobile applications to ensure we are delivering a best in class mobile experience.
What We Look For:
6+ years experience as a Product Manager in the consumer or SMB space
2+ years experience as a Product Manager for mobile
A self-starter with a bias to action, who is able to move projects forward and lead a cross-functional team toward product solutions
Exceptional communication and organizational skills and ability to interact with diverse groups of technical and non-technical stakeholders
Exceptional analytical skills, including demonstrated ability to use data analysis in improving the product and customer experience.
Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, and competing priorities
BS in computer science, engineering or a related technical field
Bonus points if you also have:
Experience working on fintech mobile applications desired
Experience working with global teams
