Job Responsibilities
Building, running and documenting tests.
Responsible for overall evaluation and improvement of product reliability, through collecting and analyzing failure data, recommending design and or process improvement.
Interfacing and supporting product development engineering for electrical engineer and software development tasks.
Perform reliability qualification or re-qualification tests for EE/Software system.
Support Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA) initiatives for EE/Software Systems
Facilitate team meetings and serve on multiple functional teams.
Must-Have Skillsets
Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA) experience.
Experience or knowledge in FMEA initiatives.
Minimum 5-years of reliability engineering experience
Intermediate computers skills (Microsoft Word, & Excel)
Experience in developing test plans and schedules.
Experience in developing and generating product and component reliability prediction models using Weibull.
Experience in developing and generating testing plans and reporting methods.
Experience in facilitating team meetings and serving on multifunctional teams.
Experience with data analytics.
Working knowledge of python, C++, Visual Basics, MySQL, JavaScript
Nice to Have Skillsets
Experience in recommending and implementing design improvements.
Strong organizational, problem solving, resources management and time management skills.
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems
Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a team environment
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer and Electrical Engineering
